Full Job Description
Project Manager - Training Management Primary Responsibility: To ensure that company sales staff who work with third party stores and store staff employed by key reseller's possess the knowledge to provide a high quality consumer shopping experience. Responsibilities include: Partner with retail development teams and key accounts across Europe to assess the development needs of sales staff. Manage the European retail training budget. Project Manage the implementation of training programmes across Europe. Vendor Management. Essential skills required: Strong Project Management skills. Consumer goods or retail industry experience. Strong experience in interacting with and influencing all levels of management. Ability to develop a network through cross-functional teams at central and local levels. Excellent communication skills. Must be able to travel within Europe plus occasional trips to the US. Desired skills: A HR or learning development background. An Additional European language. Consumer electronics, retail or telecom industry exp.
